To start, Cargofy needs access to the mailboxes where the work comes in and access to your TMS through an API or a data export. We also need your operating rules, such as pricing logic, carrier preferences, and escalation paths, and one person on your side to own the process during setup.

Cargofy uses your data only to run your workflows and does not share it with other customers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role. 

Traditional logistics automation and RPA run on fixed templates, so they break when a carrier changes an email format or a document arrives as a scan. Cargofy digital workers read free-text emails, scanned PDFs, and spreadsheets as they come in, so a format change doesn't stop the work. They also communicate. A digital worker can ask a carrier for a missing POD or check an unusual rate with your dispatcher before sending a quote. They work with each other too: once a load is booked, the quoting worker hands it to the tracking worker with the full context. When a digital worker isn't sure, it routes the case to a person instead of guessing.
