Today we're releasing Cargofy 2.0 to everyone.

Until now, every company on Cargofy was set up by our team. We mapped the process over a series of calls, our developers configured the platform, and only then did the digital workers start on the routine. It worked. It also meant a queue: at one point last year, nine or ten companies were waiting, each needing something slightly different.

Starting today, any company can register at cargofy.com and get started on its own. Architect, our own AI, studies how your operation runs and sets up the platform around it.

Since January, we've been testing 2.0 with logistics companies in Europe, the US and Asia.

What Cargofy 2.0 is

Cargofy is an AI platform for logistics operations. Digital workers handle the routine across a shipment: incoming requests, rate quotes, carrier tenders, carrier vetting, documents for signing, tracking. Your team makes the decisions.

Every logistics company runs freight its own way and there's no one-size-fits-all solution. Postal operators, companies that ship goods and companies that receive them, forwarders moving freight by sea or by air: each of them runs a different process.

So we built Cargofy 2.0 to adapt to each operation. At its core is Architect, our own AI. It studies how your company works and sets the platform up around that. Ready products cover the common tasks and Architect shapes them to your process and builds what they don't cover yet.

What's inside

With this update, we're introducing Architect and Cargofy Studio.

Architect

Companies that build complex software often hire forward-deployed engineers: people who learn how each customer's business runs and adjust the software around it. At Cargofy, Architect does that job. It reads up on your company from public sources, then runs short interviews with your leadership to fill the gaps. From that, it sets up the platform around how you already work and suggests which products to turn on.

After setup, you keep talking to it by text or voice. Describe a new process, a change, or a new task for the digital workers, and Architect builds it.

Architect also keeps what it learns about your company: your customers, your rules, how your team splits the work. The more context it holds, the less you explain next time.

Cargofy Studio

Studio is your team's builder for Cargofy. It holds everything the platform runs on: data models, workflows, digital workers, forms and interfaces, along with the products built from them. Your team can customise all of it by hand.

Studio and Architect work in both directions. Architect builds a tender workflow, and your team adjusts it in Studio: adds a field, changes who approves the rate, rewrites the message carriers receive. Or your team starts something in Studio, say a new intake form, and asks Architect to finish it by connecting it to a workflow and assigning a digital worker.

Either way, the change happens on your side. You don't wait for a developer or for our roadmap.

Everything our customers already use stays within the platform: 14 ready products and the digital workers that run them. Turn on the products you need, and Architect sets them up around your process.

How to get started

  1. Register at cargofy.com.
  2. Architect studies your company, asks your leadership about the gaps and suggests which products to turn on.
  3. Turn on a product. Digital workers start with routine tasks, for example, sending a load out to tender with your carriers.
  4. If something should work differently, tell Architect or change it in Studio.

See it live on November 5

On Thursday, November 5, we're presenting Cargofy 2.0 live online. In the demo, Architect will learn about a real company and build its processes on the spot. We'll also show which routine tasks digital workers can take off your team and answer your questions.
