For Carriers

YOUR NEXT LOAD IS ALREADY BOOKED FOR YOU

While your truck is on this load, the digital worker finds the next one. It checks load boards and your inbox, then books a load that fits your lanes and rate

AI workers bid, call the broker and book the load

1

More loads

AI workers check load boards and broker emails 24/7 and bid on every load that fits your lanes. You get more offers than one dispatcher can track by hand

2

Less time empty

The next load is lined up while your truck is still on the current one. Fewer hours sit between the drop-off and the next pick-up

3

Better rates

AI workers negotiate every load on the phone with the broker. Each one gets booked at your rate or higher

Shipper network

Shippers are looking for you

Cargofy has its own network of shippers, on top of the load boards you already use. Some of them post loads only here. Join the platform to see who needs trucks on your lanes and apply in one click

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What freight teams want to know before putting AI to work.

How is Cargofy different from a load board?

A load board shows you loads. Someone still has to search, call the broker, negotiate the rate and follow up. Cargofy brings loads from your email, the freight exchanges you use and its own shipper network into one list. Then AI workers do the work around them: they find loads that fit your lanes, place bids and call brokers. You keep using your load board accounts, but stop switching between tabs

What actually is an AI worker? Does it really work?

An AI worker in logistics is software that handles one operational task end to end. For example, it picks up a load from your inbox, checks it against your lanes and minimum rate and places the bid. It has its own virtual computer and phone, works within limits you set and passes everything else to a person. AI workers perform best on repeatable, high-volume work like load search, bidding, tracking and document handling.

How does Cargofy help carriers automate their operations?

Cargofy AI workers search for loads across your inbox and freight exchanges, bid and call brokers, keep customers updated on trip status and track which loads are paid. Your dispatchers see every load, truck and exception in one place and spend less time on the phone and in browser tabs.

Will AI workers replace dispatchers or affect customer relationships?

No. AI workers take on load search, calls about rates and status updates, so your dispatchers have more time for drivers, customers and decisions. You confirm every booking, and anything sensitive waits for a person to approve it. Your people stay the ones customers deal with.

Do AI workers work with the brokers and shippers we already haul for?

Yes. AI workers reach your current brokers and shippers through the channels your team already uses: email, phone and messengers. Load boards are used through your own accounts. Your customers don't need to install anything or change how they work.

How long does it take to get started?

With Cargofy, the first AI worker goes live in a few days. You set your lanes, trucks and rules, and the AI worker is ready to work alongside your dispatchers.

What do we need to get started with Cargofy?

Nothing to prepare in advance. Sign up and connect your inbox, and Cargofy walks you through each step to launch your first AI worker.

Is a pilot available?

You can start with one AI worker on one workflow, for example load search on your main lanes. Once it meets your standards, add more AI workers one workflow at a time, until you have a full digital team working alongside your people.

How does Cargofy handle and protect our data?

Your data stays yours, and Cargofy uses it only to run your workflows. The platform is SOC 2 Type II audited by an independent auditor and built to be GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA ready. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is managed through SSO and role-based access control (RBAC), so each person sees only what their role requires.

What integrations does Cargofy support?

Cargofy has 100+ integrations across TMS and ERP platforms, email, messengers, load boards and spreadsheets. See the full list on our integrations page. If your system isn't on the list, your team can connect it through the API.
