Manufacturing

Manufacturing freight on time at the plant gate

Hired trucks rarely share GPS, so your team learns about a late truck from the gate. Cargofy's digital workers, AI agents that call and write to carriers in your company's name, tender each shipment to your qualified carriers, confirm the truck and driver, and call ahead before every loading.

Benefits

What changes for your team

Your vetting stays, the paperwork goes

Tenders go only to carriers who passed your security, finance and tax checks. A carrier you add later completes the packet, uploads documents and signs your contract through one link, and your team approves it. Your approval process stays exactly as it is.

96.24%

96.24% tender acceptance rate
Avrora Multimarket runs at a 96.24% tender acceptance rate on Cargofy. Fewer shipments fall through before loading, and your team stops rebooking at night.

The truck at the gate when loading starts

Once a carrier wins, a digital worker collects the plate, trailer and driver and writes them into the shipment. Before loading, it calls the driver to confirm arrival. Location comes from Cargofy Go or the carrier's telematics, and from a call when the hired truck has neither.

A bid sheet your procurement committee signs off

Every bid, the time it arrived and the carrier who placed it stay in the tender. Your team exports the competitive bid sheet and award history for audit, and the next tender on the lane starts from real rates.
Products

Run every manufacturing shipment from tender to payment

Every relevant carrier hears about the shipment

The tender goes to your contracted carriers first, then to the Cargofy network and load boards. You keep working with carriers you trust and reach new ones when a lane needs them

You never pay above your target

Set a target rate and block bids above it. Add a booking price, and a carrier can take the shipment on the spot at that rate

Bidding stays alive until the last minute

Each new bid has to beat the last by your bid step, and a bid in the final minutes extends the tender. Before close, the digital worker calls the runners-up and tells them how far they are from the lead

Workers

Capacity when your list runs out

Invite carriers from the Cargofy network of 50,000+ companies with public profiles. Your private network stays closed to other shippers

Every carrier checked, every time

Licence, insurance and company data are checked before a carrier can bid on your tenders. The check runs for every carrier, not only when someone remembers

Onboarding the carrier does themselves

One link opens the carrier packet. The carrier enters company data, uploads documents and signs a contract generated from your template

Workers

Location lives inside the shipment

Tracking runs within the tender process. Carrier, rate, documents and the truck's position sit in one record, so nobody switches between tabs to answer "where is it"

Statuses come from the stop itself

In Cargofy Go, the driver marks arrival, loading and unloading and photographs the documents. You see the status the moment it's marked

The delay reaches you first

When a trip falls behind schedule, Tracking alerts the manager while there's still time to warn the customer

Workers

Dock scheduling

Dock calendars per facility fill themselves as appointments are booked across every site.

Appointment booking

Slots are booked in seconds by a worker instead of twenty minutes on hold with the warehouse.

Site profiles

Drivers get gate codes, hours and check-in steps from the facility file, not from folklore.

Workers

Incoming documents read for you

The worker reads PODs, CMRs, bookings and email attachments and fills the shipment record with their data

Missing PODs chased until they arrive

When a POD or signed CMR is missing, the worker asks the carrier and driver until it's in, so invoicing doesn't stall

Outgoing documents filled from the record

Contracts, orders, acts and invoices are generated from your own templates with the carrier and shipment details already in place

FAQ

FAQ

Everything you need to know about deploying AI Digital Workers into freight operations — from how they work to how fast you can go live.‍

Can manufacturers tender only to carriers they have already approved?

Yes. Manufacturers choose who sees each tender. Shipments go to carriers in your private network who passed your checks, and new carriers can bid only after they complete your packet, sign your contract and your team approves them.

How does Cargofy track hired trucks without GPS?

For manufacturing shipments on hired trucks, a digital worker calls the driver or asks over WhatsApp at the points you set, such as 30 minutes before loading, and records location and ETA. Drivers with Cargofy Go or carrier telematics update the trip on their own.

What if no carrier takes a manufacturing shipment?

Cargofy doesn't guarantee coverage, and it shows risk early. When your carriers stay silent, the tender moves to the Cargofy network and load boards in the order you set, and five minutes before close a digital worker starts calling. Your team sees which shipments are uncovered while there is time to act.

Does Cargofy work with SAP or 1C?

Yes. Manufacturing shipments can come into Freight Procurement from SAP, 1C or another ERP, and the chosen carrier and rate are written back. Your team keeps working in the systems it already uses.

Can we get a tender protocol for our procurement committee?

Yes. Each manufacturing tender keeps every bid with its time and carrier, plus the award decision. Your team exports the competitive bid sheet and award history for committee review or audit.
