Carrier Network

More carriers you can trust on every lane

When your usual carriers are full, reach 50,000+ carriers on the Cargofy network and onboard new ones through one link. Each carrier is checked against your rules before the first tender, and your team approves who joins

Live in days, not months.

Carrier Network interface

Carrier Network widens the pool of carriers you can book and keeps every one of them checked. New carriers fill in the packet and sign your contract themselves, so your team spends its time approving carriers instead of chasing their paperwork

Features

A trusted carrier for every load, even on your busiest day

On a tight day, covering one load takes dozens of calls, and new carriers get booked before anyone checks their insurance. With Carrier Network, every carrier is checked and onboarded before they bid, and your reach grows to 50,000+ companies

Capacity when your list runs out

Invite carriers from the Cargofy network of 50,000+ companies with public profiles. Your private network stays closed to other shippers

Every carrier checked, every time

Licence, insurance and company data are checked before a carrier can bid on your tenders. The check runs for every carrier, not only when someone remembers

Onboarding the carrier does themselves

One link opens the carrier packet. The carrier enters company data, uploads documents and signs a contract generated from your template

Lapsed insurance caught before the load

Documents are tracked by expiry date, so an expired policy shows up before the carrier is booked again

Onboard a new carrier
Requests the documents, reads them, runs the checks and sets the carrier up — chasing the missing pieces so you don't.
Verify a new carrier
Authority, insurance and safety record pulled from the sources and scored against your bar — before the first booking, every time.
Capacity blast
Loads that need coverage go out to the carriers who actually run the lane — by email and text, in their language.

BOLs, CMRs, PODs and customs papers — read, filed and findable, not photographed and forgotten. Every paper that touches a load ends up in this drawer.
Contract
Agreed terms and lanes, signed, dated and findable in seconds. The drawer that settles arguments before they start.
Contact
People at every company: who they are, how they like to be reached, and what was last said. Freight moves on relationships; this drawer keeps them in order.
Booking
The confirmed slot on a vessel, flight or train — cut-offs, ports and container counts in one file. When the line says "confirmed", this drawer is where it's written down.

What is carrier onboarding software?

Carrier onboarding software collects a carrier's company data, documents and signed contract before they haul for you. Cargofy Carrier Network does it through one link: the carrier fills in the packet, signs a contract generated from your template, and your team approves them into your private network

Do carriers need an account to join my network?

No. The carrier opens the link, completes the packet and signs the contract without registering in advance. After approval they receive your tenders and get a free Cargofy plan

Can other shippers see my carriers?

No. Your private carrier network stays closed. Other Cargofy clients see only carriers who chose to make their profile public, and the same public carriers are open to you in the Cargofy network

Does Cargofy guarantee the carriers in my network?

No. Cargofy collects the carrier's data, documents and contract, and your team decides who gets approved. You set the required documents and contract terms, and the approval decision is yours

Can I import my existing carrier list?

Yes. Upload your carrier base from a spreadsheet, and each imported carrier gets a link to complete their packet

Does Cargofy check carrier insurance before a tender?

Yes. Insurance, licence and company data are checked before a carrier can bid on your tenders, and expiry dates are tracked after that. Your team sets the required documents and makes the final approval decision
