Food & Bev

Food & Bev shipments covered in every season

In season you need twenty reefers a day and find three, while the logistics manager posts requests to a messenger group. Cargofy's digital workers, AI agents that call and write to carriers in your company's name, tender every route to your carriers and the 50,000+ in the Cargofy network and keep calling until it is covered.

Benefits

What changes for your team

Reefers found before the route is lost

Each tender states the body type and temperature range, so only matching trucks bid. A digital worker sends it to your carriers by phone, email and WhatsApp, then to the Cargofy network if your list runs short. Five minutes before close with no bids, it starts calling carriers itself.

44

44 new carriers from the Cargofy network
When its own carriers weren't enough, Avrora Multimarket added 44 carriers through the Cargofy network in one year. Each completed onboarding before its first tender.

Fixed-rate runs first, open bidding second

Guaranteed runs go to the carrier you agreed them with, at the contract rate. If that carrier doesn't confirm within the time you set, the shipment moves down your routing guide and then into an open tender, without anyone re-entering it.

Same carriers, same channels, wider reach

Your carriers keep receiving requests the way they're used to. The difference: bids land in one table, a worker chases the carriers who haven't answered, and the Cargofy network covers the trucks your list can't.
Products

Run every food & beverage shipment from tender to payment

Every relevant carrier hears about the shipment

The tender goes to your contracted carriers first, then to the Cargofy network and load boards. You keep working with carriers you trust and reach new ones when a lane needs them

You never pay above your target

Set a target rate and block bids above it. Add a booking price, and a carrier can take the shipment on the spot at that rate

Bidding stays alive until the last minute

Each new bid has to beat the last by your bid step, and a bid in the final minutes extends the tender. Before close, the digital worker calls the runners-up and tells them how far they are from the lead

Workers

Your routing guide in every lane

Set the first, second and third choice carrier for each lane with their contract rates

Rejections move down the guide

If the first choice declines, the load goes to the next carrier at its contract rate, and only then to open bidding in Freight Procurement

Lane history at hand

See every past load, rate and carrier on a lane before you book the next one

Workers

Capacity when your list runs out

Invite carriers from the Cargofy network of 50,000+ companies with public profiles. Your private network stays closed to other shippers

Every carrier checked, every time

Licence, insurance and company data are checked before a carrier can bid on your tenders. The check runs for every carrier, not only when someone remembers

Onboarding the carrier does themselves

One link opens the carrier packet. The carrier enters company data, uploads documents and signs a contract generated from your template

Workers

Location lives inside the shipment

Tracking runs within the tender process. Carrier, rate, documents and the truck's position sit in one record, so nobody switches between tabs to answer "where is it"

Statuses come from the stop itself

In Cargofy Go, the driver marks arrival, loading and unloading and photographs the documents. You see the status the moment it's marked

The delay reaches you first

When a trip falls behind schedule, Tracking alerts the manager while there's still time to warn the customer

Workers

Incoming documents read for you

The worker reads PODs, CMRs, bookings and email attachments and fills the shipment record with their data

Missing PODs chased until they arrive

When a POD or signed CMR is missing, the worker asks the carrier and driver until it's in, so invoicing doesn't stall

Outgoing documents filled from the record

Contracts, orders, acts and invoices are generated from your own templates with the carrier and shipment details already in place

FAQ

FAQ

Everything you need to know about deploying AI Digital Workers into freight operations — from how they work to how fast you can go live.‍

Can Cargofy find refrigerated trucks for food shipments?

Yes. Each food & bev tender carries the body type and temperature range and goes only to carriers with matching trucks. When your carriers can't cover it, the tender reaches reefer carriers in the Cargofy network who have completed your onboarding.

Will carriers answer a call from an AI worker?

Your team can tell carriers in advance that your company's digital worker will contact them, and it speaks in your company's name by your script. Carriers who prefer email or WhatsApp get food & bev tenders there.

How do fixed-rate runs work alongside tenders?

Food & bev shippers keep guaranteed runs in Lanes with a contract rate and priority carriers. A repeat shipment goes to the first-choice carrier, moves down the routing guide if it declines, and opens to bidding only after that.

Does Cargofy integrate with BAS or 1C?

Yes. Food & bev shipments can come in from BAS, 1C or your planning system, and the chosen carrier and rate go back to it. Orders, completion certificates and invoices are generated from the same shipment data.

Are e-signatures through Cargofy legally binding?

Legal force comes from the connected e-signature service. Cargofy connects food & bev shippers to Vchasno in Ukraine and Sigex in Kazakhstan, and the rules of that service and your jurisdiction apply.
