Every carrier approved before the first shipment

A new carrier can wait a week or more for onboarding, and under pressure people book them before the paperwork is done. Cargofy's digital workers, AI agents that handle carrier onboarding in your company's name, collect the packet, documents and signed contract through one link, and your team approves each carrier with registry data in front of it.

Benefits

What changes for your team

Registry facts in front of the approver

Company registry, VAT and credit rating data are pulled into each carrier's profile. Your team reviews and makes the call. Cargofy never approves a carrier on its own.

Only approved carriers on your shipments

Every carrier that bids has passed your checks. Your private network stays closed to other Cargofy clients.

Onboarding through one link

One link opens your carrier packet. The carrier enters company data, uploads documents and signs a contract generated from your template, without a week of email.

No shortcut around your rules

A carrier can bid only after approval, so nobody adds one by typing in a registration number on a busy Monday. Expiring insurance and licenses are flagged before the carrier is booked again.
Products

Run carrier checks from invite to signed contract

Capacity when your list runs out

Invite carriers from the Cargofy network of 50,000+ companies with public profiles. Your private network stays closed to other shippers

Every carrier checked, every time

Licence, insurance and company data are checked before a carrier can bid on your tenders. The check runs for every carrier, not only when someone remembers

Onboarding the carrier does themselves

One link opens the carrier packet. The carrier enters company data, uploads documents and signs a contract generated from your template

Workers

Incoming documents read for you

The worker reads PODs, CMRs, bookings and email attachments and fills the shipment record with their data

Missing PODs chased until they arrive

When a POD or signed CMR is missing, the worker asks the carrier and driver until it's in, so invoicing doesn't stall

Outgoing documents filled from the record

Contracts, orders, acts and invoices are generated from your own templates with the carrier and shipment details already in place

Workers

Every relevant carrier hears about the shipment

The tender goes to your contracted carriers first, then to the Cargofy network and load boards. You keep working with carriers you trust and reach new ones when a lane needs them

You never pay above your target

Set a target rate and block bids above it. Add a booking price, and a carrier can take the shipment on the spot at that rate

Bidding stays alive until the last minute

Each new bid has to beat the last by your bid step, and a bid in the final minutes extends the tender. Before close, the digital worker calls the runners-up and tells them how far they are from the lead

Workers

Data collected as you work

Tender, trip and carrier data is gathered in the platform automatically

The numbers your customers ask for

On-time delivery per carrier and lane, bids per tender and rates by lane are on ready dashboards

Your own view of the data

Build dashboards on any platform data, including your own data models, and show the results as tables

Does Cargofy guarantee carriers?

No. Cargofy collects data and documents. Your team sets the requirements and decides who is approved.

No. Your private carrier network stays closed. Other clients see only carriers who made their own profile public.

Where is carrier data stored?

Client data, including personal data and documents, is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
