In response to ongoing conversations with our customers, we've focused on delivering features that empower users to tailor their experience and streamline operations. Version 3.7.1 introduces a range of robust tools aimed at providing greater flexibility and control. Users now have the ability to finely adjust their notification settings, ensuring they receive timely updates that align with their specific needs. Moreover, the option to customize document templates grants users the freedom to adapt their documentation processes to suit their unique workflows. Additionally, the integration of API webhooks for Transportation Management System (TMS) synchronization underscores our commitment to automation and efficiency, facilitating seamless communication between systems.

Notification Settings

We've introduced Notification System Settings, allowing users to customize notifications for events within the system. Notifications can be received via email and Telegram, and each notification type can be tailored individually to avoid unnecessary messages and ensure important updates are not missed.

Notification Types:

  • Carrier Request: Receive notifications when a carrier requests to join the network. Stay informed about new carrier requests and take necessary actions promptly.
  • Carrier Joined: Get notified when a carrier successfully joins the network. Stay updated on the growth of your network and manage new carrier integrations effectively.
  • Bid Created: Stay informed when a new bid is created within the system. This notification ensures that you are aware of any newly established bids for your transportation services.
  • Tender Republished: Receive notifications when a tender is republished. Stay informed about changes in tender statuses and any updates in the bidding process.
  • Tender No Bids: Be notified when a tender receives no bids. This alert helps you identify tenders that may require additional attention or adjustments to attract bids.
  • Tender Canceled: Stay updated on tender cancellations. This notification ensures that you are aware of any changes to tender statuses and can adjust your plans accordingly.
  • Specification Completed: Receive notifications when a specification is completed. Stay informed about the progress of specifications and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Signed Documents: Get notified when documents are signed. Stay updated on document status and ensure that necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  • Completed Checkpoints: Receive notifications when checkpoints are completed. Stay informed about progress in your workflows and ensure that tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Tender Archived: Be notified when a tender is archived. This notification helps you keep track of archived tenders and maintain organized records of past activities.
