Oct 5–17: Carrier reminder calls, bid limits and re-signing
Welcome to the first issue of Cargofy's new release notes.
Our product team ships updates to the platform almost every day. Until now, most of them showed up quietly inside the product. From now on, every two weeks we'll list the platform changes that affect your work and explain what each one does in plain words & with images.
This issue covers October 5–17. Digital Workers now follow up with carriers by phone after a won tender, so your managers spend less time chasing trucks, drivers and signatures. Also inside are updates to Architect, fairer bidding rules, quicker document fixes and simpler ways to add carriers to your network.
Digital Workers
Reminder calls to carriers after a won tender
When a carrier wins a tender but doesn't finish the next steps (truck and driver, documents, signed order), the platform now calls them on your behalf. After the call it sends an SMS with a link to the trip. By default, no answer means a retry in 30 minutes, up to three times, then two more reminders two hours apart, with calls only between 08:00 and 21:00 your local time. Each company sets this up its own way: how often to remind, in which hours, with what message, and whether to call, text, email or alert a manager instead.
Your managers no longer have to track and call these carriers by hand. Changes are made in Studio and apply right away.

Digital Workers make calls and act on the result
You describe a call once: who to call, what to ask, which language. The Digital Worker then places calls by itself. During the call it can check the load and save the carrier's bid. Afterwards you get the transcript, a short summary and the agreed details in the system. A missed call shows as missed.

Reasoning panel on tenders
Each tender now has a Reasoning panel that shows, in real time, what the Digital Worker is doing and why. It opens by itself during bidding. The same panel holds the full tender history: who created it, who won, who signed documents, when payment arrived.

Architect
Architect sets up more on its own
Besides workflows and Digital Workers, Architect now writes your team's instructions and rules into a knowledge base and prepares connections to the other systems you use. Access keys, connections and going live always stay with a person on your team.
One proposal, you choose what to apply
For a bigger request, such as a new process with a form, a workflow and a Digital Worker, Architect now prepares the whole setup at once. Each change has its own checkbox. Apply only what you need; everything it depends on switches on automatically.

New onboarding
During sign-up, Architect now shows what the platform already found about your company from its website and public registries, what it filled in and what's missing. At the end you choose from 14 products matched to your role, with the recommended ones already on.

Tenders
Bid limits
You can now set limits tied to your bid step. A bid smaller than one step isn't accepted: no more beating the leader by 1% of the step. A bid far below the rest is put on hold: it can't win, competitors don't see it, and you decide whether to accept it (Off by default).

Your mileage stays as sent
If you send trips from your TMS with distance included, Cargofy now keeps your number. The route is recalculated only when someone changes a stop.
Bid notifications in the app
Carriers now see "You've been outbid" and "Your bid is leading" in the app, even with email turned off. The outbid message suggests the next bid. Sealed-price tenders don't send these, so positions stay private.
Clear tender numbers on the load board
Each tender on the load board shows a TFY number instead of a long system code. Loads from email show the broker's reference.
Documents and carriers
Re-sign contracts and trip documents with a new date
Sometimes a contract is signed on the 1st, but the trip ran on the 29th of the month before, and the shipper needs a different date. This used to require developers’s help, but now the contract has a Re-sign button: pick a date up to a year back, add a reason, and a new contract goes out for signature. The old one is marked "Revoked" and stays on file.
Trip documents (order, invoice, act) work the same way. The old version keeps its number and signatures, the new draft gets a new number, and the carrier is notified with the reason by email, in the app and in Telegram.

Invited carriers no longer disappear
Carriers you invite who aren't on Cargofy yet now appear in your network as Invited, with contact details, invitation date, and options to resend or cancel. Declining a carrier now requires a reason, which is sent to them.
Invite recommended carriers in bulk
The Recommended tab is now a full table. Filter by name, company code, rating and fleet size, then invite one carrier or select a whole page at once. Carriers you already invited are skipped.

Add carriers you already work with in one step
Whether you add carriers one by one, by CSV or through the AI agent, it now works the same way. Tick "Already working with this carrier" and the carrier joins your network right away, no invitation needed. An email or a phone number is enough. Your own fields, tax ID and contract number can be filled in at the same time, and an empty cell in a file never erases existing data.
Inbox, email and routes
Emails look like emails, and every item has a link
Emails from Gmail or Outlook now open in Inbox exactly as they were sent, with layout, images and links. Older emails were fixed too. Every email, call and approval now has its own link, so you can send a colleague straight to it.
Calls in a table
All calls now sit in a table like Loads. Choose columns, filter by status, contact and date, save your filters, and export to CSV or Excel. Dates follow your time zone.
More mailboxes connect
Large mailboxes outside Gmail and Outlook now connect and stay in sync. On first connection, Cargofy picks up emails from yesterday and today, then keeps up with new mail.
Full addresses in every stop
Street and building number now carry through to the trip, so the carrier gets the full address. Stops with a city only are marked "City only" with a Refine button.
