Manual Bid Creation for Carriers Outside the System

We have added the ability for operators to manually create bids from carriers who do not operate directly through the Cargofy system or integrators. If a customer receives a proposal from an external carrier not yet connected to the platform, an operator can quickly enter this bid using a special form.

To add a bid, the operator needs to specify the price and the carrier’s contact details, and optionally, company information. Importantly, such bids are displayed in the auction alongside all other proposals from carriers working through the system. This feature is especially useful for customers who work in parallel with carriers that have not yet transitioned to the platform. It allows all bids to be kept in one place, simplifying auction management and increasing transparency. If a manual bid wins, the system automatically invites that carrier to join the platform so they can go through the full timeline process and further interactions within the system. Thanks to this update, you can more easily integrate external partners and maintain full control over all proposals in the auctions.
