RXO (RXO Connect, formerly Coyote Logistics)

Third largest freight broker in North America, which moved Coyote Logistics carriers from CoyoteGO to its RXO Connect load board and RXO Drive app in 2025. Loads your RXO account can see appear in Load Hub, matched to your auto-search, ready for a bid or booking you confirm.

RXO is a US freight broker that bought Coyote Logistics in 2024 and calls itself the third largest freight broker in North America. On May 1, 2025 Coyote carriers moved from CoyoteGO to RXO Connect, the web load board, and RXO Drive, the mobile app; CoyoteGO stays view-only for past loads and payments. In RXO Connect carriers search loads, bid or buy at the posted price, track counteroffers and post trucks. Connect RXO Connect and those loads appear in Load Hub with your email and exchange loads. The dispatcher who holds the RXO Connect login, often the one who ran CoyoteGO, usually switches it on.

What teams use it for

Rebuild the Coyote lanes once

A twelve-truck reefer fleet kept its Coyote lanes out of Chicago in CoyoteGO. The dispatcher sets two auto-searches in Load Hub: Chicago to Atlanta, reefer, up to 19 t, Monday to Wednesday, and Atlanta to Chicago for the return. A digital worker reads RXO Connect under the fleet's own account and sends a notification when a load fits, with lane, dates and the rate RXO shows.

Get the truck home

A truck unloads in Denver on Thursday at 13:30, and the driver lives in Salt Lake City, 830 km west. RXO Drive has a Get Me Home search; the dispatcher keeps the same lane as an auto-search in Load Hub, dry van, Friday pickup. At 14:10 an RXO load posts 40 km from the receiver. It lands in the Load Hub table next to loads from email and exchanges.

Bid, or buy at the posted price

RXO Connect has two ways in: Bid and Buy. When the posted rate is too low, the dispatcher enters her number on the load card, and the digital worker drafts the bid under the fleet's RXO account. It is sent after she confirms, and RXO's counteroffer lands on the same card. When the posted rate works, she clicks buy, the digital worker prepares the booking request with truck, driver and dates, and it goes to RXO after her confirmation. The rate confirmation arrives the usual RXO way.

Book the out and back together

RXO lets carriers book two loads at once when a pair is available. The dispatcher sees Dallas to Memphis on Tuesday and Memphis to Dallas on Wednesday, 730 km each way. She confirms both, the digital worker sends the booking requests, and Load Hub shows both loads booked on the same truck.

Track, send the POD and get paid on RXO's side

After booking, the driver shares GPS tracking through RXO Drive instead of taking check calls, and uploads the POD in the app. Detention and lumper requests go through the RXO rep. On payment the carrier picks standard pay 30 days after a complete invoice at no fee, QuickPay the same day at 2.5% through TriumphPay, or Advance Pay by Comchek within an hour at 4%. Load Hub marks the load delivered.

How it fits your stack

Your RXO Connect account stays the account of record. Onboarding happens on RXO's side first: carrier setup with RXO, then an email from no-reply@rxo.com to create the RXO Connect login, the same invitation CoyoteGO carriers got during the move. Cargofy reads the loads your account is entitled to see and sends bids and booking requests under that account; you confirm every booking. Tracking, PODs, accessorials and payment stay in RXO Connect, RXO Drive and TriumphPay. Cargofy does not write status, POD or invoices to RXO. Load data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

US and Canadian fleets of 2 to 100 trucks and owner-operators hauling full truckload freight for RXO, including former Coyote carriers who moved their lanes to RXO Connect. Best fit if RXO loads show up every week and you want to bid and book them from one table with the rest of your freight.
