NTG

Beon Carrier is the carrier web portal and mobile app of Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), one module of the Beon digital logistics platform. Connected to Load Hub, it puts the NTG loads you are approved to see in the same table as loads from your inbox and freight exchanges, matched to your auto-searches. The dispatcher who owns the Beon Carrier login usually switches it on.

What teams use it for

Set a return lane once

A truck delivers in Atlanta on Thursday and needs to be back in Nashville by Saturday. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Atlanta to Nashville, dry van, pickup Friday, up to 20,000 kg. Load Hub reads the NTG loads the carrier's Beon account is entitled to see and checks each new one against the search. On a match, the dispatcher gets a notification with lane, dates and the rate NTG shows on the load, with no second login.

See suggested loads before the rep calls

Beon Carrier suggests loads based on the carrier's NTG load history and saved preferences. Those suggestions show up in Load Hub with the reason they match. At 06:40 a small-fleet dispatcher sees a Dallas to Houston reefer load, the same one an NTG rep would have called about an hour later. She checks the pickup window against the driver's hours and moves to a bid while the load is open.

Bid through the digital worker at your number

On a load where the posted rate is low, the dispatcher types her rate and asks the digital worker to submit the bid. Beon Carrier accepts up to three bids on a load, so the worker can place a second and third if NTG counters. Every bid and reply is logged on the load in Load Hub, so the whole negotiation sits in one place.

Book at the NTG rate with your confirmation

When the posted rate works, the dispatcher taps book. The digital worker sends the booking request to Beon Carrier under the carrier's account, and the booking is final only after the dispatcher confirms in Load Hub. Beon Carrier returns the booking confirmation and load information. The load shows as booked in Load Hub with pickup, delivery and reference numbers, and the dispatcher assigns the driver.

Get paid through the portal

After delivery, the driver uploads the POD in the Beon Carrier app. Beon Carrier shows the load's payment status (paid, pending payment, pending review, need delivery docs) and offers 1 Day and 2 Day Pay. The dispatcher keeps the load open in Load Hub until the portal shows it paid, then closes it.

How it fits your stack

Your Beon Carrier account stays the account of record. Onboarding happens on NTG's side first: you register with NTG, get approved, then join Beon Carrier. Cargofy reads the NTG loads your account is entitled to see and sends bids and booking requests through it. You confirm every booking. Cargofy does not upload PODs or change payment terms in Beon; those stay in the portal. Your Load Hub data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Fleets of 2 to 100 trucks and owner-operators approved with NTG, running dry van, reefer or flatbed lanes across the United States. Most useful if you take NTG loads every week and want them in the same search as the rest of your freight.
