Parade

Parade is the capacity platform behind the carrier pages of many freight brokerages. One Parade login opens the partner page of every Parade-enabled broker that has approved you. Loads appear there as they hit the broker's TMS and can be quoted or booked without a call. Connected to Cargofy, the loads from all those partner pages appear in Load Hub next to your inbox and your exchanges. The dispatcher who juggles the most broker pages usually turns it on.

What teams use it for

One auto-search across every broker page

A fleet is approved with six brokers that run on Parade. The dispatcher sets one auto-search in Load Hub: Dallas to Memphis, dry van, pickup Monday to Wednesday. Cargofy checks each partner page under the fleet's own Parade login on every refresh. A matching load from any of the six lands in the same table with the broker's name, equipment and dates, and the dispatcher gets one notification.

Pick up load opportunity emails

Parade brokers send load opportunity emails, and each load carries a Magic Link to the booking page. Load Hub reads those emails in the fleet's inbox, so the load appears in the table as soon as the email lands, with the deadhead from the truck's last stop worked out. The dispatcher checks the rate against the fleet's floor and decides while the load is still open.

Quote through the digital worker

Parade documents Quote Now and a digital price negotiation on every load. The dispatcher sets the number, and the digital worker submits the quote on the broker's partner page through the fleet's Parade login. The broker's answer comes back onto the same row in Load Hub: accepted, countered or declined. On a counter, the dispatcher replies from the row and the digital worker sends it.

Book Now, then confirm

A load with a Book Now rate, or a Digital Offer the broker has pre-priced for the fleet, is the shortest path. The dispatcher marks the load, the digital worker sends the Book Now request through the fleet's Parade login, and the row moves to requested. Parade documents that an approved carrier's Book Now request assigns the carrier to the load at the confirmed price on the broker's side. In Load Hub, the load is booked once the dispatcher confirms it in Cargofy.

Get approved per broker, keep one login

To haul for a new Parade broker, a fleet starts on that broker's side. The broker onboards the fleet with its own carrier packet and adds it as an approved user on its partner page. Parade credentials are created once, at identity.parade.ai, and work for every Parade-enabled broker. The dispatcher links that login in Cargofy settings, and each newly approved broker's loads join the table with no new connection.

How it fits your stack

Your Parade login stays the account of record, and every broker decides on its own side whether you see its loads. Cargofy reads the loads your login is entitled to see and sends quotes and Book Now requests on your behalf. The dispatcher confirms every booking. Approval with each broker happens with the broker first. Status updates, PODs and invoices run through each broker's own process and are not written back from Cargofy. Load data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.

Who it is for

Fleets of 2 to 100 trucks approved with several Parade-enabled brokers, and owner-operators who quote from the cab. The more partner pages a dispatcher has to watch, the more the single table pays off.
