Circle Logistics

Fort Wayne broker with its own fleet and 14 US terminals. Circle loads you are approved to haul appear in Load Hub under your Circle account, matched to your auto-search, ready for a bid or booking request.

Circle Logistics is a Fort Wayne, Indiana broker that also runs its own fleet, with 14 terminals across the United States and a carrier network it describes as hand-selected. Connected to Load Hub, the loads your MC is approved to haul for Circle sit in the same table as loads from your inbox and freight exchanges, matched to your auto-search. The dispatcher who talks to the Circle rep usually turns it on.

What teams use it for

Fill the backhaul out of a Circle terminal city

A truck delivers in Indianapolis on Tuesday, and the dispatcher wants it back in Detroit by Thursday. She sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Indianapolis to Detroit, dry van or reefer, pickup Wednesday. Load Hub reads the Circle loads her account is entitled to see and checks every new one against the search. On a match she gets a notification with lane, dates, equipment and the rate shown on the load. The search keeps running for every truck on that lane.

See the load before the rep calls

Circle loads reach Load Hub as soon as the carrier's account can see them. At 07:15 the dispatcher finds a Toledo to Nashville flatbed load that fits a truck freeing up that afternoon. She checks the pickup window against the driver's hours and the weight against the trailer, then decides whether to bid or book. When the Circle rep calls at 08:30, she has her answer.

Bid through the digital worker at your number

When a Circle rate is below what the lane needs, the dispatcher enters her rate and asks the digital worker to send the bid. It goes out under the carrier's Circle account and is logged on the load in Load Hub. If Circle counters, the counter lands on the same load and she replies from there. Offers, counters and replies all stay on the load record.

Book with your confirmation

If the posted rate works, the dispatcher taps book. The digital worker sends the booking request to Circle under the carrier's account, and the dispatcher confirms it in Load Hub. After Circle confirms, the load turns to booked with pickup, delivery and reference numbers, and the dispatcher assigns the driver and shares the details.

Keep the Circle rep informed and get the POD in

Circle sells itself on carriers that do not fail loads and on proactive communication. Load Hub keeps the email thread with the Circle rep on the load. For a delay at the shipper or a changed appointment, the digital worker sends the update from the load after the dispatcher confirms the text. After delivery, the driver sends the POD the way Circle asks, and the dispatcher attaches the same document to the load in Load Hub for the invoice.

How it fits your stack

Your Circle carrier account stays the account of record. Onboarding happens on Circle's side first: Circle sets up new carriers through MyCarrierPackets, where you enter preferred routes, average rates, compliance and insurance information. Cargofy reads the Circle loads your account is entitled to see and sends bids or booking requests through it. You confirm every booking. Cargofy does not send status updates, PODs or invoices into Circle's systems. Your Load Hub data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Fleets of 2 to 100 trucks running dry van, reefer or flatbed lanes in the Midwest, Northeast, South and California, where Circle's terminals and fleet sit. Best fit if Circle gives you loads every week and you want them in one search with the rest of your freight.
