Arrive Logistics

Arrive Logistics is a US freight broker with more than 5,500 shippers, moving over 1.25 million loads a year. Approved carriers work its freight in the ARRIVEnow Carrier portal: search and filter loads, send an offer, book with Book it Now, and see tracking and payment. Connect the portal and those loads appear in Load Hub with your email and exchange loads. The dispatcher who holds the ARRIVEnow login usually switches it on.

Set the return lane once

A fifteen-truck dry van fleet delivers into Dallas daily and wants its trucks back in Houston by the weekend. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Dallas to Houston, dry van, up to 20 t, Thursday to Saturday. A digital worker reads ARRIVEnow under the fleet's own account, using the portal's lane, commodity, weight and equipment filters, and sends a notification when a load fits. The load card opens with lane, dates and equipment filled in.

Catch a fresh load early

Arrive releases a load at 07:15. It lands in the Load Hub table in the same refresh and columns as loads from email and exchanges. The dispatcher sorts by deadhead, sees it is 25 km from a truck that unloads at 09:00, and moves on it without waiting for the rep's load-match email.

Counteroffer through the digital worker

The posted rate is below what the lane needs. The dispatcher enters her number on the load card, and the digital worker drafts the offer under the fleet's Arrive account for review. It is sent after she confirms. Arrive says a rep answers offers within minutes; the reply lands on the load card. If the rep counters, the dispatcher accepts or sends one more number, confirming each time.

Book it Now with confirmation

When the rate is agreed, or the posted rate works, the dispatcher clicks book. The digital worker prepares the Book it Now request with truck, driver and dates. The dispatcher confirms and the request goes to Arrive. The rate confirmation arrives the usual Arrive way. In Load Hub the load moves from open to requested to booked, and the driver's next pickup is planned around it.

Run the load and get paid in the portal

After booking, tracking, shipment status, accounting and payment visibility live in ARRIVEnow, with a rep available around the clock. At delivery the dispatcher chooses standard 30-day terms or quick pay in 48 hours at a 2% fee, on Arrive's side. The load is marked delivered in Load Hub, and the weekly view shows what the Arrive lane paid against the fleet's other lanes.

How it fits your stack

Your ARRIVEnow account stays the account of record. Onboarding happens on Arrive's side first, through Highway. You need an MC, MX, DOT or state number, a tax ID and W-9, 365 days or more of active authority, a safety rating of Satisfactory or None, and insurance of USD 100,000 cargo, USD 1,000,000 auto and USD 1,000,000 general liability. Mexico carriers register separately. Cargofy reads the loads your account is entitled to see and sends offers and booking requests under that account; you confirm every booking. Cargofy does not write status, POD or invoices to Arrive. Load data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

US fleets of 2 to 100 trucks and owner-operators with at least a year of authority, running dry van, reefer or flatbed lanes in Arrive's core markets. Carriers that haul five or more Arrive loads a month carry most of its freight and gain the most from one table.
