Pepsi Logistics Company, Inc. (PLCI) is PepsiCo's logistics arm. It runs a private fleet and moves the rest of PepsiCo's freight with a network of partner carriers. With your PLCI account connected, the tender requests you are entitled to see land in the Load Hub table with your email and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers at approved PLCI carriers switch it on. The PLCI account stays with you.

Catch a PepsiCo tender on your return lane

You run Dallas to Memphis and come back empty on Thursdays. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Memphis to Dallas, dry van, Thursday pickup. When PLCI publishes a tender request that fits, the digital worker reads it under your PLCI account, adds it to the Load Hub table and sends a notification. The row shows stops, dates, the response deadline and reference numbers, so the dispatcher decides from one screen.

Accept the tender before the deadline

PepsiCo's Transportation Manager lists each tender with a response-required-by time. Load Hub flags that deadline as it approaches. When the dispatcher says accept, the digital worker submits the acceptance through your PLCI account and the load moves to booked. If the deadline has passed, the row is marked closed.

Search tenders across all your lanes

An owner-operator with two trucks and three regular lanes can't sit in Tender Request Search all day. She saves one auto-search per lane and equipment type in Load Hub. Cargofy runs them against her PLCI account through the day, drops duplicates of loads she has in her table and ranks new tenders by fit. On her phone she sees one list, tags the tenders she wants and confirms each acceptance before it is sent.

Run the load in PLCI's portal

Status updates go through PLCI's own portal, which gives access to shipment information from any device. Load Hub keeps the booked load in your timeline with the PLCI reference and pickup and delivery times. The dispatcher plans the next load around it, and the driver gets the details in one message. After delivery, the dispatcher closes the load in Load Hub.

How it fits your stack

Your PLCI account stays the account of record: tenders, rates, paperwork and payment live with PLCI. Cargofy reads the tender requests your account is entitled to see and sends an acceptance only when the carrier confirms it. Onboarding happens on PLCI's side first, through its carrier registration. Bidding on open loads, status updates and invoicing are outside the integration and stay in PLCI's portal. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
