Lardi-Trans

Freight and truck exchange for Ukraine, Eastern Europe and Asia. Loads in Load Hub go up as cargo offers in bulk, matching trucks come back deduplicated, and a digital worker bids in tenders and prices quotes with route distance.

Lardi-Trans is one of the largest freight and truck exchanges in Ukraine, Eastern Europe and the Asian region. With the connector, a load marked for cover in Load Hub becomes a cargo offer on Lardi-Trans, matching trucks come back to the load, and a digital worker submits tender bids. Transport planners and dispatchers who cover Ukraine and EU lanes on the spot market usually switch it on first.

What teams use it for

Post a Kyiv to Warsaw load to the exchange

A planner releases a Kyiv to Warsaw load for spot cover and marks it for cover in Load Hub. That used to mean copying lane, body type, weight, ADR flag and payment terms into the Lardi-Trans form by hand. Now a digital worker creates the cargo offer from the fields on the load, and sends a batch of released loads in one call. The offer status shows next to the load in Load Hub.

Find trucks that are not on your board yet

Marking a load for cover also starts a truck search. Cargofy searches Lardi-Trans with the lane, body type, weight and ADR filters from the load, and repeats the search on a schedule until the load is covered. Transport offers that are in Load Hub from an earlier search are dropped, and the rest are ranked for outreach. The dispatcher opens the load, sees a short list of new carriers with contacts, and picks who to call.

Keep offers current as loads change

When a pickup date slips, Cargofy edits the offer on the exchange. When the load is covered, including by a contracted carrier, the offer comes down. Dispatchers stop taking calls for freight that is gone, and the planner sees the current offer state in Load Hub.

Bid in tenders from Load Hub

Tenders on Lardi-Trans mean watching the exchange for the right lane and answering in time. The digital worker submits a bid for any tender that matches your rules and records on the load whether the offer was accepted or declined. Procurement sees the outcome in Load Hub, and the tender history stays with the freight.

Price a quote with route distance

A sales rep quoting a Dnipro to Vilnius lane needs the kilometres before pricing. Cargofy reads the route and distance from Lardi-Trans and puts it on the quote in Sales. The rep prices per kilometre from the same number the carrier sees, without a separate mapping tool.

Post empty legs from your own fleet

A truck in your private fleet is about to run empty back from Lviv. The fleet manager marks the empty leg in Fleet with the route and body type. A digital worker posts it to Lardi-Trans as a transport offer and keeps it current while the truck is open. When a dispatcher books a return load in Load Hub, the offer comes down. The fleet manager sees the offer state on the truck in Fleet.

How it fits your stack

Your TMS and Load Hub stay the system of record for the load. Cargofy writes cargo offers, transport offers, tender bids and their edits and removals to Lardi-Trans. It reads matching offers, tender outcomes, route distance and reference lists back. Setup is an API token generated in your Lardi-Trans account and entered in Cargofy settings. The API is the same for every customer, so activation happens the same day. Without the paid Extended API service, only part of the offer data comes back.

Who it is for

Shippers, forwarders and private fleets covering Ukraine, Eastern Europe and Asian lanes on the spot market. Transport planners post and cover loads, dispatchers pick trucks and watch offer status, procurement handles tenders, and the IT admin owns the token.
