Schneider is one of the largest carriers in the US. FreightPower is its brokerage marketplace, an app and website where carriers search Schneider freight and book it at posted, negotiation-free rates. With your FreightPower carrier account connected, the loads you can see there appear in Load Hub next to your email and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers and owner-operators switch it on; the FreightPower account stays yours.

Auto-search a return lane across Schneider freight

A six-truck fleet delivers into Chicago every Tuesday and needs Chicago to Indianapolis loads. The dispatcher sets the auto-search in Load Hub: lane, dry van, Wednesday pickup. FreightPower searches by radius, truck type, lanes, destinations and dates. The digital worker runs your search against your FreightPower account and puts matches in the Load Hub table with reference details, appointments and the posted rate, alongside loads from email and exchanges.

Book at the posted rate

FreightPower prices are negotiation-free, so there is no bidding step: the decision is book or skip. The digital worker prepares the Book Now request under your account, shows the rate, stops and appointment windows, and waits for the dispatcher to confirm. The request goes to Schneider, and the row in Load Hub moves to booked when FreightPower confirms it. If someone took the load in the meantime, the row shows that.

Catch a power-only load early

FreightPower posts power-only loads: Schneider trailers pulled by your tractor. An owner-operator with one tractor and no trailer sets an auto-search for power only out of his home market. When a load appears, he gets the summary on his phone and approves with one tap. The Book Now request goes through his FreightPower account, and Load Hub shows the result, booked or gone, with the next match listed.

Let FreightPower handle the check calls

After booking, FreightPower's own tools carry the load. They show reference details, service requirements, trailer numbers and appointments. Dispatchers assign and reassign drivers by mobile number, and Schneider ETAi sends automated arrival and departure updates, so the driver doesn't get check-in calls. Load Hub keeps the booked load in your timeline with the Schneider reference, and the dispatcher plans the next pickup around it.

Get paid through FreightPower

Rate confirmations and invoice submission live in FreightPower. The dispatcher pulls the rate confirmation and submits the invoice there, as Schneider's app describes, and follows payment on Schneider's side. In Load Hub the dispatcher closes the load and picks up the next auto-search result from the same table.

How it fits your stack

Your FreightPower carrier account is the account of record: rates, rate confirmations, driver assignment, ETAs and invoices stay in FreightPower. Cargofy reads the loads that account can see and sends Book Now requests; the carrier confirms every booking. Onboarding with Schneider happens first, on Schneider's side: pre-qualification as a truckload, power-only or intermodal dray carrier with USDOT and MC number, proof of insurance and equipment details. Status, documents and invoicing are not part of the integration, and Cargofy does not write status updates to FreightPower. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
