It moves its freight with a contracted carrier base it treats as partners: around 90 carriers at its 2024 logistics summit. With your approved P&G carrier account connected, the loads P&G makes available to you appear in Load Hub next to your email and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers at contracted P&G carriers switch it on; the account stays yours.

P&G releases loads to its contracted carriers for the week. Cargofy reads the loads your P&G account is entitled to see and adds them to the Load Hub table with origin, destination, equipment and dates. Sorted by pickup date, a P&G load sits next to a broker load from email and a spot load from an exchange, and the dispatcher picks from one screen.

Match P&G freight to an empty return

A ten-truck fleet delivers into a P&G distribution center on Monday and has nothing going home. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: origin near the DC, dry van, Tuesday pickup, destination toward the home terminal. When a P&G load fits, she gets a notification with the summary. She checks the stops and appointment dates against the driver's hours, then tells the digital worker to request the booking under the P&G account.

Confirm before the request goes out

The digital worker prepares the booking request under your P&G account, shows the load reference, stops and dates as P&G lists them, and waits. The request is sent only after the dispatcher confirms. The row in Load Hub moves to requested, then to booked when P&G accepts. If P&G declines or the load is covered, the row shows that and the dispatcher moves to the next candidate.

Keep P&G's process on P&G's side

P&G runs its carrier relationship on its own terms: appointments, status, paperwork and payment follow P&G's process and systems. Load Hub keeps the booked load in your timeline with the P&G reference, so the dispatcher plans the next pickup around it and the driver gets the details in one message. After delivery, the dispatcher closes the load in Load Hub.

How it fits your stack

Your P&G carrier account is the account of record: contract, rates, appointments and invoicing stay with P&G. Cargofy reads the loads that account is entitled to see and writes back one thing, the booking request, which the carrier confirms every time. You become a P&G carrier on P&G's side first; Cargofy does not onboard you with P&G. Status updates, POD and invoicing are outside the integration. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Contracted P&G carriers, from small fleets on regional DC lanes to large fleets with dedicated volume, that also run broker and exchange freight and want one list. Carriers not yet approved by P&G see no P&G loads in Load Hub, since the integration works through that account.
