Trinity Logistics

Top-25 US freight brokerage, a Burris Logistics company, with its own Carrier Portal. Loads Trinity shows to your vetted account appear in Load Hub under your Trinity login, matched to your auto-search, ready for a quote or a booking request.

Trinity Logistics is a top-25 US freight brokerage, part of Burris Logistics, moving around 1,627 shipments a day through its own Carrier Portal. With your vetted carrier account connected, the loads Trinity shows you sit in Load Hub next to the loads from your inbox and your exchanges, matched against your auto-search. Dispatchers at fleets that haul for Trinity switch it on so they stop refreshing the portal by hand.

What teams use it for

Set an auto-search for the lane home

A reefer delivers in Atlanta on Thursday and needs to be back in Ohio by Monday. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub with the lane, equipment, weight and dates, and leaves it running. Cargofy searches the Trinity Carrier Portal by pickup and delivery locations under the fleet's own login and pulls every match into the same table as the email offers and exchange loads for that lane. When a Trinity load fits, the dispatcher gets a notification.

Catch a new load early

Trinity posts a Tuesday pickup out of Savannah that matches a running auto-search. Load Hub flags it when it is read from the portal, before a broker rep starts working the phones. The dispatcher checks stops and dates against the truck's hours and decides in a minute whether to quote.

Quote through the digital worker

The dispatcher picks a Savannah to Columbus load and types a rate. The Trinity Carrier Portal lets vetted carriers quote and book available loads, so on the dispatcher's go-ahead a digital worker submits the quote there and logs it on the load in Load Hub. Trinity replies the way the portal delivers replies. If the quote is accepted, the dispatcher moves to booking. If not, the load stays visible for a second quote.

Book and confirm

On an accepted quote, the digital worker sends the booking request to Trinity under the fleet's account. The dispatcher confirms the booking in Load Hub before it counts, and Trinity issues its rate confirmation through its own channels. The load shows as booked in Load Hub with the Trinity load number and sits under the fleet's login in the Carrier Portal, so both systems hold the same record with no double entry.

Run the load and get paid on Trinity's terms

After booking, the load runs on Trinity's tools. The carrier picks its tracking tool: Macropoint, Trucker Tools or FourKites. Trinity takes paperwork as a PDF by email, by fax or through Transflo. The driver sends the signed BOL and POD, and the office checks payment status in the Carrier Portal. Trinity pays quick pay within three business days of paperwork approval, or regular pay in 24 business days.

How it fits your stack

Your Trinity Carrier Portal account stays the account of record. Cargofy reads the loads that account is entitled to see and sends quotes and booking requests under it; the carrier confirms every booking before it is final. Onboarding happens on Trinity's side first: the portal, and so Load Hub, shows loads only to active, vetted carriers. Tracking, paperwork and pay run through Trinity's tools, while Cargofy keeps the booked load on the board. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.

Who it is for

Fleets from a few trucks to a hundred that are set up with Trinity and run dry van or reefer lanes across the US. Owner-operators on a phone get the same table; large-fleet dispatchers get one more source in the auto-search they run.
