Trucker Tools

Trucker Tools is a free carrier platform and driver app. More than 500 brokers use it to post loads, take quotes and offer Book It Now bookings, over 30,000 loads a day. With your account connected, the loads you can see appear in Load Hub next to your email offers and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Owner-operators and small-fleet dispatchers who book through the app switch it on so they stop scrolling it.

One auto-search for every source

A flatbed drops in Houston on Friday and needs Georgia freight for Monday. The dispatcher sets one auto-search in Load Hub: lane, equipment, weight, dates. Cargofy reads Trucker Tools under the fleet's own account with the app's pickup, delivery, date and load type filters, and pulls matches into the table that holds the exchange loads and emailed offers. A Houston to Atlanta post from a broker the fleet has hauled for shows up with a notification.

Catch a Book It Now load with the rate on it

A broker posts a Book It Now load out of Dallas at the rate it is willing to pay. It matches the auto-search, so Load Hub flags it when it is read, rate included. The dispatcher checks the pickup window against the truck's hours. If it fits, the booking request goes out at once, before the next carrier taps it. If not, the search keeps running.

Quote through the digital worker

For a load without a Book It Now rate, the dispatcher enters a rate. On the dispatcher's confirmation, a digital worker submits the quote through Trucker Tools, the same action as Show Interest in the driver app or Quote on the carrier platform, and logs it in Load Hub. The broker replies through Trucker Tools. On an accepted quote the dispatcher moves to booking; on a miss the load stays on the board for a second quote.

Book with confirmation in hand

On a Book It Now load or an accepted quote, the digital worker sends the booking request under the fleet's account, and the dispatcher confirms it in Load Hub before it counts. Trucker Tools sends its automated email confirming the booking, and the broker's rate con follows through the broker's own process. The load shows as booked in Load Hub with the broker's name and reference, and the same booking sits under the fleet's account in the app.

Run the load with the app's tracking and documents

After booking, the load runs on Trucker Tools. The driver shares location through the driver app, Text to Track over SMS or WhatsApp, or the ELD connection, so the broker gets updates without check-in calls. At delivery the driver captures the POD in the app for the broker's office, and the fleet marks the load delivered in Load Hub.

How it fits your stack

Your Trucker Tools account stays the account of record, and so does your standing with each broker. Book It Now loads are shown to carriers the broker has approved, so broker onboarding happens first, on the broker's side. Cargofy reads the loads your account is entitled to see and sends quotes and booking requests under it; the carrier confirms every booking. Tracking, documents and pay stay between the carrier and the broker, on Trucker Tools and the broker's tools. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.

Who it is for

Owner-operators on a phone and fleets up to a hundred trucks that book through the Trucker Tools app, running US over-the-road lanes in dry van, reefer or flatbed. Large-fleet dispatchers get one more source in the auto-search they run.
