XPO Logistics
One of North America's largest LTL carriers. Sales quotes XPO at your pricing agreement with Guaranteed and other special services, creates the pickup and BOL on acceptance, and Tracking follows each PRO with a four-hour delivery window.

XPO is one of the largest LTL carriers in North America, with a public REST API for rating, pickups, BOLs, tracking and document images. Connected to Cargofy, the planner quotes at your pricing agreement in Sales, the pickup and BOL are created on acceptance, and customer service sees the ETA for each PRO in Tracking. The transport manager usually requests it; the IT admin registers the app in the XPO Developer Portal.
What teams use it for
Quote at your contract rate
A customer asks for a price on five pallets from Reno to Portland. The planner enters the shipment in Sales, and the digital worker sends it to the XPO Rating API with your pricing agreement or discount level. The rate that comes back is the one you negotiated, with transit time attached. The worker applies your margin and adds the XPO line to the offer, and the planner sends the quote from Sales.
Sell a noon delivery with the right service code
A receiver needs the pallets by noon tomorrow. The order carries that requirement, so the digital worker adds Guaranteed by Noon (G12) to the quote. The same logic covers Guaranteed (GUR) for date-certain delivery, Rapid Remote Service for a remote receiver, and the accessorials listed on the order. Customer service sees the upgraded rate next to the standard one and can promise the noon window with the price in hand.
Compare XPO with your other LTL carriers
A rate request for six pallets from Reno to Portland lands in Sales. The digital worker sends it to XPO and your other connected LTL carriers, normalises XPO's service codes and accessorial names, and lines the quotes up by lane, services and transit time. The planner sees XPO next to FedEx Freight and Old Dominion, picks on price or days, and the choice is stored with the quote.
Create the pickup and BOL from the load
On acceptance, the digital worker creates the pickup request and the BOL in XPO from the data on the load, stores the BOL PDF in Documents and writes the PRO on the load. If the ready time moves, the worker updates the pickup and the BOL. If the order is cancelled, both are cancelled. The shipping desk hands the driver a BOL that matches the quote.
Answer the where-is-it call with a four-hour window
When a receiver calls about arrival, customer service answers from Tracking. It reads shipment status by PRO, several at a time, and shows the ETA with XPO's four-hour delivery window on the load. After delivery, the digital worker pulls the delivery receipt, plus customs documents for cross-border moves, through Imaging and attaches them to the load in Documents.
How it fits your stack
Your TMS or ERP stays the system of record for the order; Cargofy holds the quote, the PRO and the documents. Cargofy reads rate quotes, transit times, shipment status by PRO and document images from XPO, and writes pickup requests and BOLs for the quotes you accept. Setup is OAuth 2.0 with client credentials from the XPO Developer Portal, entered once by your admin. Invoices are not read, so billing stays between you and XPO. The integration covers LTL only.
Who it is for
North American shippers with an XPO pricing agreement or discount level who move LTL pallets weekly, including cross-border. Transport planners quote and book in Sales, customer service watches PROs in Tracking, and the IT admin owns the OAuth credentials.
