Global logistics company working with 450,000 carriers, with the Navisphere Carrier portal and app for offers, instant booking, tracking and payment. Loads your Navisphere Carrier account can see appear in Load Hub, matched to your auto-search, ready for an offer or booking you confirm.

C.H. Robinson is a global logistics company working with 450,000 carriers and managing 37 million shipments a year. Contract carriers work its freight in Navisphere Carrier, a web portal and mobile app: recommended loads, search, make an offer or book instantly, assign drivers, status updates, documents and payment. Connect Navisphere Carrier and those loads appear in Load Hub with your email and exchange loads. The dispatcher who holds the Navisphere Carrier login usually switches it on.

What teams use it for

Set the return lane once

A twelve-truck reefer fleet unloads in Atlanta every Monday and wants its trucks back toward Chicago, about 1,150 km north. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Atlanta to Chicago, reefer, up to 19 t, pickup Monday afternoon to Tuesday. A digital worker reads Navisphere Carrier under the fleet's own account and sends a notification when a load fits. C.H. Robinson's recommended loads, built from the fleet's preferences and booking history, come into the same table.

Catch a load while the driver unloads

A truck is at a receiver in Columbus until 10:30. At 09:50 a C.H. Robinson load posts from Columbus to Pittsburgh, about 300 km, dry van, pickup at 13:00. It lands in the Load Hub table in the same refresh as loads from email and exchanges. The dispatcher sorts by deadhead, sees the pickup is 18 km away, and moves on it before the truck is empty.

Make an offer through the digital worker

The posted rate is below what the lane needs. The dispatcher enters her number on the load card, and the digital worker drafts the offer under the fleet's account. It is sent after she confirms. C.H. Robinson's answer lands on the same card, so the offer and the reply sit in one thread instead of a string of calls.

Book instantly with your confirmation

When the rate works, the dispatcher clicks book. The digital worker prepares the booking with truck, driver and dates and sends it after she confirms. The confirmation arrives the usual C.H. Robinson way, and in Load Hub the load moves from open to requested to booked. The dispatcher assigns the driver in Navisphere Carrier as before.

Track and get paid in Navisphere Carrier

The Navisphere Carrier app tracks the load by GPS, hourly by default or every 15 minutes at the customer's request. After delivery the driver uploads the invoice and documents from the phone. C.H. Robinson pays within 28 days at no cost, or in as little as 2 business days with Quick Pay at a 2% fee, and offers a cash advance of up to 60% after pickup. The load is marked delivered in Load Hub, and the weekly view shows what the C.H. Robinson lanes paid.

How it fits your stack

Your Navisphere Carrier account and T-number stay the account of record. Onboarding happens on C.H. Robinson's side first, through Highway: an active MC, MX or DOT number, an electronic W-9 and insurance of USD 100,000 cargo and USD 1,000,000 automobile liability. Cargofy reads the loads your account is entitled to see and sends offers and booking requests under that account; you confirm every booking. C.H. Robinson's free carrier API also covers visibility updates, documents and payment status, but Cargofy does not write status, POD or invoices to C.H. Robinson; those stay in Navisphere Carrier. Load data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Owner-operators, small carriers and large fleets running dry van, reefer, flatbed or power only across the US, Canada and Mexico; C.H. Robinson sets no minimum volume. Best fit if its loads are a weekly part of your book and you want them in one search with the rest of your freight.
