Integration

Spot Inc

Spot Inc is a freight marketplace or load source. Connect it to bring available loads and related activity into Cargofy.

Spot Inc is a 3PL and freight brokerage with its own TMS, MySpot, where carriers search freight, submit offers, accept tenders and get paid. With your MySpot carrier account connected, the loads you can see there appear in Load Hub next to your email and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers switch it on; owner-operators in Spot's small carrier program run it from a phone. The MySpot account stays yours.

What teams use it for

Add your own auto-search to Spot's matches

A fleet hauls flatbed out of Houston. MySpot shows matches based on available equipment and lane preferences from loads previously hauled. Load Hub adds your own auto-search on top: lane, flatbed, weight, dates. The digital worker runs it against your MySpot account and your other sources and notifies the dispatcher when a Spot load fits. The load shows in the Load Hub table with stops, dates and equipment, next to loads from email and exchanges.

Submit an offer on an open rate

MySpot lets carriers submit offers and respond to rate requests. When a Spot load fits but the rate is open, the dispatcher sets the number in Load Hub and hands it to the digital worker. After the dispatcher confirms, it submits the offer under your MySpot account and tracks the reply. When Spot answers, the row updates and the dispatcher picks the next step: confirm the booking, adjust the offer or drop it.

Accept or reject a tender

Spot tenders a load to your account, and MySpot lists it to accept or reject. The digital worker reads the tender into Load Hub, shows the stops, dates and rate, and waits. On the dispatcher's confirmation, the acceptance goes through your MySpot account and the load moves to booked. On reject, the digital worker declines it in MySpot. The tender itself stays in MySpot.

Run the load in MySpot

After booking, MySpot's own tools carry the load: driver assignment, status updates, tracking data, and a mobile app for location updates so you avoid check calls. Detention, TONU and layover go through MySpot as accessorial requests. Load Hub keeps the booked load in your timeline with the Spot reference, so the dispatcher plans the next pickup around it and the driver has the details in one message.

POD in, invoice out, Quick Pay in two business days

The driver submits the POD from the MySpot mobile app. The dispatcher submits the invoice in MySpot and sees payment details there. Spot's Quick Pay program pays in as little as two business days after Spot receives the paperwork. The dispatcher closes the load in Load Hub, where the next auto-search match is waiting.

How it fits your stack

Your MySpot carrier account is the account of record: tenders, rate requests, documents, accessorials and payment stay in MySpot. Cargofy reads the loads that account can see and sends offers, booking requests and tender acceptances; the carrier confirms every one. Onboarding with Spot happens first, on Spot's side, through MySpot carrier sign-up. Status, accessorials, POD and invoicing are not part of the integration; Cargofy writes none of them to MySpot. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Owner-operators and small fleets in Spot's small carrier program, and larger fleets running FTL, LTL, intermodal, expedited or flatbed lanes with Spot. If you accept Spot tenders in MySpot, this puts them in one list with everything else you haul.
