Lane One Transport

Texas freight broker and managed transportation provider that works its carriers by phone and email and helps them reload. Lane One offers land in Load Hub under your own partner account, ready for a reply or booking you confirm.

Lane One Transport is a freight broker and managed transportation provider in Bryan, Texas. It moves dry van, refrigerated, flatbed and over-dimensional freight with owner-operators and fleets, and its carrier page promises to keep in contact and get you reloaded. Connected to Cargofy, Lane One offers appear in Load Hub next to your email and exchange loads, under your own partner account. The owner-operator or small-fleet dispatcher who fields those calls usually switches it on.

What teams use it for

Turn the reload promise into a standing search

A two-truck fleet delivers into Houston every Tuesday and wants freight back toward Bryan. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: origin within 150 km of Houston, dry van, pickup Tuesday or Wednesday. Load Hub matches each Lane One offer the fleet receives under its partner account against that search. A matching offer triggers a notification with lane, dates and equipment, and the reloads build into a shortlist before the truck is empty.

Read the offer early

A Lane One rep sends an offer at 08:15 for a flatbed load out of Bryan. The offer lands in Load Hub, the auto-search matches it, and the digital worker checks it against the trucks free that day and marks it as a fit. The dispatcher reads the pickup window and confirms. The digital worker replies under the fleet's account: interested, truck available, driver name. The reply and its timestamp go on the load's timeline.

Bid with the digital worker, decide yourself

An over-dimensional load needs a number. The dispatcher enters the fleet's rate on the card in Load Hub and confirms. The digital worker sends the bid to the Lane One rep from the fleet's own account, with the equipment and the earliest pickup, and the rep's answer lands on the same timeline.

Book and hand the load to the driver

Lane One confirms the load. The dispatcher confirms the booking in Load Hub, and the load moves to the booked column with the Lane One reference, stops and appointment times. The driver's assignment goes out from Load Hub. The Lane One rate confirmation stays with the load, so dispatcher, driver and office work from one record.

Keep Lane One informed and send the POD

Lane One says it stays in contact with its carriers, and that contact runs on Lane One's side: the dispatcher or driver reports pickup and delivery to the rep by the channel the rep asked for. At delivery, the dispatcher files the POD with the load in Load Hub and sends it to Lane One with the invoice. The week's booked list in Load Hub is the checklist.

How it fits your stack

Your Lane One partner account stays the account of record. Cargofy reads the Lane One offers your account receives and sends replies, bids and booking requests under it. You confirm every booking. Onboarding happens on Lane One's side first, through its Become a Partner Carrier form. Lane One's Available Loads page is marked Coming Soon on its site, so offers currently come through Lane One's dispatch. When the page goes live, loads under your account will appear in the same table. Cargofy does not send status to Lane One. Setup is per fleet, on request. Load and account data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
