CRST is a Cedar Rapids, Iowa asset carrier. A truck unloads in Des Moines on Monday and needs a load toward Chicago by Wednesday. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Des Moines to Chicago, dry van, pickup Tuesday, up to 20,000 kg. Load Hub reads the CRST loads the carrier's Capacity Solutions account is entitled to see and checks each new one against the search. A match sends a notification with lane, dates, equipment and the rate shown on the load. The search stays on for every truck that lands in Des Moines.

Put power-only loads in front of the right truck

CRST brokers power-only moves alongside regular truckload. A fleet with tractors free between dedicated runs sets a second auto-search: power-only, Kansas City area, any day this week. Load Hub matches CRST loads to that search and notifies the dispatcher. He checks the trailer pickup location against the tractor's position and decides in Load Hub whether to bid or book.

Bid through the digital worker at your number

When a CRST load is priced below what the lane needs, the dispatcher types his rate. The digital worker submits the bid under the carrier's CRST account and records it on the load. A CRST counter lands on the same load, so the offer, the counter and his reply sit in one thread and he answers from there.

Book with your confirmation

If the posted rate works, the dispatcher taps book. The digital worker sends the booking request to CRST under the carrier's account, and the booking is final after the dispatcher confirms in Load Hub. When CRST confirms, the load turns to booked with pickup, delivery and reference numbers. The dispatcher assigns the driver and shares the stop details.

Run the load in CRST's portal, keep the file in Load Hub

Check calls, status updates and the POD go through CRST's channels: the Capacity Solutions portal and your CRST rep. Load Hub keeps the email thread with the rep on the load. For a delayed pickup, the digital worker sends the update from the load after the dispatcher confirms the text. After delivery, the dispatcher attaches the POD to the load in Load Hub so the invoice goes out with the right document.

How it fits your stack

Your CRST carrier account stays the account of record. Onboarding happens on CRST's side first: carrier setup and compliance sit with CRST Capacity Solutions before any load is visible. Cargofy reads the CRST loads your account is entitled to see and sends bids or booking requests through it. You confirm every booking. Cargofy does not send status updates, PODs or invoices into CRST's systems. Your Load Hub data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Fleets of 2 to 100 trucks and owner-operators with their own authority, running dry van, regional and power-only lanes across the United States. Not for contractors leased to CRST, who use a separate CRST load board. Best fit if CRST Capacity Solutions gives you loads every week.
