Trans.eu

Trans.eu is Europe's largest freight platform and transport community, with a public REST API on OAuth2. Connected to Cargofy, publishing, negotiation and order paperwork move off the planner's desk. Loads go from Load Hub to the exchange or your private network, a digital worker handles counter-offers within your limits, and the deal comes back as a transport order with tracking. Transport planning switches it on; the IT admin grants the OAuth connection.

Publish to your own carriers first

A flatbed load from Gdańsk to Hamburg is released in Load Hub. The digital worker publishes the freight offer to your private network on Trans.eu, or to the partner list you named for the corridor, following the publishing rules set at scoping. If your rules allow, it republishes to the public exchange when the network does not answer. Offers from known carriers land on the load card first, so the planner sees who answered and at what price before the wider market sees the load.

Let the digital worker run counter-offers

Carriers respond with prices above the corridor benchmark. A digital worker sends counter-offers, accepts or rejects within the price rules you set, and escalates to the planner when the gap falls outside them. No offer is auto-accepted beyond the limits. The planner sees one funnel of offers in Load Hub, with the negotiation state on each, and approves the one that meets the target.

Turn the deal into an order

The planner approves an accepted offer on the load card. The digital worker converts it into a transport order on Trans.eu and requests the execution data. The carrier assigns a vehicle and driver in Trans.eu, and the plate and driver name come back onto the load, followed by loading and unloading confirmations as they happen. Customer service sees the plate in Tracking before pickup. When the carrier's invoice arrives, the AP clerk matches it to the order number on the load.

Follow the trip across all six stages

The consignee in Hamburg asks where the truck is. Tracking holds live status, execution events, geolocation and the full trace history across the six stages of the trip. Customer service answers from the load, and the planner sees a late loading before the customer does. If Trans.eu is unreachable, Tracking keeps the last known state and fills the gap on reconnect.

Book the dock slot on the same platform

A transport order is confirmed for a load arriving at your Hamburg warehouse, which runs dock scheduling on Trans.eu. The digital worker books the time slot for the load on Trans.eu from Facilities and ties the announcement to the purchase order. The carrier sees the agreed slot in Trans.eu, and the warehouse team sees the booking on the facility calendar in Facilities. The planner no longer emails the warehouse for a window and relays it to the carrier.

Setup is per installation over OAuth2: publishing targets, negotiation limits and order mapping are configured for your account, and the timeline is agreed at scoping.
