Triple T Transport is an employee-owned 3PL and freight broker headquartered in Lewis Center, Ohio, moving freight across the US and Canada. Its online portal lets carriers explore its list of available loads and place bids. With your Triple T account connected, those loads land in Load Hub next to your email offers and exchange loads. Dispatchers who haul for Triple T switch it on so they stop checking the portal list by hand.

Watch a return lane

A dry van unloads in Columbus on Wednesday and needs freight toward Nashville. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub with the lane, equipment, weight and dates. Cargofy reads Triple T's available loads under the fleet's own portal account and adds every match to the table with the rest of the board. A Columbus to Nashville load posted that afternoon appears with a notification.

See a new load within minutes

Triple T posts a Thursday pickup in Dayton that matches a running auto-search, and Load Hub shows it minutes after the portal does. The dispatcher checks stops and dates against the truck's hours, compares it with the two exchange loads on the board for that day, and decides.

Bid through the digital worker

The dispatcher picks the Dayton load and enters a rate. After the dispatcher confirms, a digital worker places the bid through Triple T's portal and records it on the load in Load Hub. Triple T answers through its own channels. If the bid is accepted, the dispatcher moves to booking; if not, the load stays on the board for another bid.

Book, confirm, run

On an accepted bid, the digital worker sends the booking request under the fleet's Triple T account. The dispatcher confirms the booking in Load Hub, Triple T issues the rate confirmation on its side, and the load shows as booked with the Triple T reference. The same load sits in the fleet's portal account, so office and driver work from one record. From there the load runs on Triple T's process, with check-ins as agreed on the rate con.

Send the POD from the cab, get paid in 14 days

The driver delivers in Nashville and scans the signed BOL and POD with Transflo Mobile+, or drops them at a Transflo Express truck stop. Triple T lists both channels for carrier paperwork. The office marks the load delivered in Load Hub. Triple T pays on its standard 14-day terms or, for enrolled carriers, through its immediate pay program.

How it fits your stack

Your Triple T portal account remains the account of record. Cargofy reads the loads that account is entitled to see and sends bids and booking requests under it; the carrier confirms every booking before it is final. Carrier setup happens with Triple T first, through its carrier application and its Highway onboarding link, and Load Hub shows Triple T loads only once that approval is in place. Paperwork, tracking and payment run on Triple T's tools; Cargofy keeps the booked load and its history. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
