Ryder Freight Brokerage (Ryder Direct TT)

Ryder's freight brokerage, with truckload, LTL, drayage and specialized loads. Loads your Ryder carrier account is approved to see appear in Load Hub, matched to your auto-search, ready for a booking request you confirm.

Ryder Freight Brokerage is Ryder's brokerage arm, moving truckload, LTL, drayage and specialized freight for its customers with a network of vetted carriers. With your Ryder carrier account connected, the Ryder loads you are approved to see sit in Load Hub next to your email and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers switch it on; owner-operators run it from a phone. The Ryder account stays yours.

What teams use it for

Set an auto-search for the lane you deadhead

A fleet runs Atlanta to Charlotte and comes back empty. The dispatcher saves an auto-search in Load Hub: Charlotte to Atlanta, dry van, pickup within two days. The digital worker checks the Ryder loads your account can see, along with your other sources, and notifies the dispatcher when one fits. The Ryder load shows in the same table as everything else, with stops, dates and the posted price.

Get the request in early

Ryder posts a load at 07:40, and the first carrier to call wins it. The digital worker picks up the new load on its next check against your auto-search and sends the dispatcher a summary. One tap approves it, and the booking request goes to Ryder under your account. The row in Load Hub shows it as requested while competing dispatchers are still dialing.

Book with Ryder and confirm it yourself

The digital worker prepares the booking under your Ryder carrier account, shows the load reference, stops, appointment windows and price, and waits for the dispatcher to confirm. If Ryder confirms, the row moves to booked in Load Hub and the rate confirmation arrives through Ryder's channel. If the load is gone, the row shows that, and the next candidate is in the table.

Run the load on Ryder's carrier tools

Ryder's own tools handle the load in transit: tracking through the driver app Ryder uses, status by EDI 214 for carriers that trade EDI, and documents sent to Ryder's back office for payment. Load Hub keeps the booked load with the Ryder reference, so the dispatcher plans the next pickup around it and the driver has the details in one message.

Invoice and track payment with Ryder

With the POD in, the dispatcher submits the invoice and delivery receipt through Ryder's online billing portal or the driver app. Ryder says documents flow into its back office for faster payment. Payment status lives in Ryder's Carrier Payment Inquiry tool, searchable by pro number or in batch, along with any rejection or payment reduction messages. The dispatcher closes the load in Load Hub, where the next auto-search result is waiting.

How it fits your stack

Your Ryder carrier account is the account of record: rate confirmations, tracking, documents and payment stay with Ryder. Cargofy reads the loads that account can see and sends booking requests; the carrier confirms every booking. Onboarding with Ryder happens on Ryder's side first: MC/MX or DOT number, active authority, a satisfactory or no safety rating, certificate of insurance and W9. Status, POD and invoicing are not part of the integration, and Cargofy writes none of them back to Ryder. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).

Who it is for

Carriers from one truck to large fleets running truckload, LTL, drayage or specialized freight on US lanes, with the authority age and insurance Ryder requires (USD 100,000 cargo, USD 1,000,000 auto). It fits best for fleets that haul Ryder freight and want it in one list.
