Ryder Freight Brokerage (Webtec)

Ryder's full-service North American freight brokerage, working with more than 120,000 vetted carriers across truckload, LTL, drayage and cross-border. Loads offered to your approved Ryder carrier account appear in Load Hub, matched to your auto-search, ready to book.

Ryder Freight Brokerage is Ryder's brokerage arm, a full-service North American operation that works with more than 120,000 vetted carriers across truckload, LTL, expedited, intermodal, drayage and cross-border freight. With your approved carrier account connected, the loads Ryder's brokerage offers you appear in Load Hub next to your email offers and exchange loads, matched to your auto-search. Dispatchers who haul for Ryder switch it on so its offers stop living in a separate inbox.

What teams use it for

Add the Ryder lane to your auto-search

A dry van fleet runs Chicago to Dallas twice a week and wants Ryder freight northbound. The dispatcher sets one auto-search in Load Hub: lane, equipment, weight, dates. Cargofy reads the loads the fleet's Ryder carrier account is entitled to see and adds the matches to the table with the fleet's exchange loads and emailed offers. A Dallas to Chicago load offered on Monday shows up with a notification.

Catch the offer before the rep moves on

Ryder's brokerage offers a Wednesday reefer load out of Laredo that matches a running auto-search. Load Hub flags it when it is read, so the dispatcher sees it before the rep works through the next carriers on the list. The dispatcher checks the pickup window against the truck's hours and the cross-border paperwork the load needs, then decides.

Request the load through the digital worker

The dispatcher picks the Laredo load and, if the offer allows a rate, enters the rate the fleet wants. On the dispatcher's confirmation, a digital worker sends the request under the fleet's Ryder account and records it on the load in Load Hub. Ryder answers through its own channels. On acceptance the dispatcher moves to booking; on a miss the load stays on the board for another try.

Book and keep one record

On an accepted request, the digital worker sends the booking request under the fleet's account, and the dispatcher confirms in Load Hub before it counts. Ryder issues its rate confirmation through its own process. The load shows as booked in Load Hub with the Ryder reference and lives under the fleet's account on Ryder's side, so office and driver work from one record without double entry.

Run it on Ryder's tools, from status to payment

Ryder's carrier pages describe load tracking, document capture, status updates and invoice submission through its carrier portals, plus a payment inquiry tool for invoice status. The driver delivers in Chicago. The office sends the POD and invoice through Ryder's channels, checks payment status there and marks the load delivered in Load Hub.

How it fits your stack

Your Ryder carrier account stays the account of record. Cargofy reads the loads that account is entitled to see and sends booking requests under it; the carrier confirms every booking before it is final. Tracking, paperwork and pay stay between the carrier and Ryder. Onboarding happens with Ryder first, through its Highway sign-up: MC, MX or DOT number, W9, a certificate of insurance with at least USD 100,000 cargo and USD 1,000,000 auto, authority active for 60 days and a safety rating of satisfactory or none. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.

Who it is for

Fleets from a few trucks to a hundred, approved with Ryder's brokerage and running dry van, reefer or flatbed lanes across the US, into Canada or Mexico. Owner-operators on a phone get the same table; large fleets get one more feed in their auto-search.
