MoLo Solutions (ArcBest)

ArcBest's truckload brokerage, with a carrier portal posting hundreds of loads a day across the US, Canada and Mexico. Loads your approved account can see appear in Load Hub under your MoLo portal login, ready for a booking request.

MoLo Solutions is ArcBest's truckload brokerage, based in Chicago and covering the United States, Canada and Mexico. Approved carriers work its freight through the ArcBest and MoLo Carrier Portal, which posts hundreds of truckload and expedite loads a day. Connected to Cargofy, those loads appear in Load Hub next to the ones from your inbox and your exchanges. The fleet dispatcher who keeps the portal open on a second screen usually turns it on.

What teams use it for

Set an auto-search for the lane you run empty

A reefer fleet delivers into Chicago three times a week and often leaves without a load. The dispatcher sets an auto-search in Load Hub: Chicago outbound, reefer, pickup within 24 hours of delivery. Cargofy checks the portal under the fleet's own account on every refresh. When MoLo posts a matching load, it lands in the table with the pickup window, delivery window and the requirements the portal shows before acceptance, and the dispatcher gets a notification.

See new MoLo loads within the refresh window

The portal adds loads through the day. A match shows up in Load Hub within the refresh window, alongside the deadhead from the truck's last stop and the fleet's floor for the lane. The dispatcher reads the shipment details MoLo published and decides. A load that fits goes to the digital worker.

Request the booking and confirm it yourself

The dispatcher marks the load, and the digital worker sends the booking request to MoLo through the fleet's portal account, with the truck, driver and MC number MoLo has on file. The row in Load Hub moves to requested. The load is booked when MoLo confirms on its side and the dispatcher confirms in Cargofy. If the truck is no longer free, the dispatcher withdraws the request from the same row and the load goes back to the pool.

Onboard once through RMIS

A fleet new to MoLo starts on ArcBest's side. The owner registers through the carrier portal registration on RMIS, supplies authority, insurance and MC number, and waits for approval from the Carrier Support Team. After approval, the dispatcher links the portal account in Cargofy settings. Load Hub then shows the loads the fleet is entitled to see under that account, and only those.

Run the load and get paid through the portal

After delivery, the driver's POD goes to MoLo the way the portal asks, and the dispatcher submits the payment request on the portal's web form. ArcBest documents optional automated payment enrollment and funding within 2 to 3 business days for its contract carriers. Detention and layover paperwork goes through the same portal, with carrier support on exceptions. The dispatcher closes the load in Load Hub so the fleet's timeline stays complete.

How it fits your stack

Your ArcBest and MoLo Carrier Portal account stays the account of record. Cargofy reads the loads that account is entitled to see and sends booking requests on your behalf. The dispatcher confirms every booking, and MoLo confirms on its side. Onboarding, insurance and authority checks happen with ArcBest first, through RMIS. Status updates, PODs, payment requests and detention claims run through the portal and are not synced from Cargofy. Load data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
