Teleroute

Teleroute is a European freight exchange from Alpega Group, with a JSON REST API for publishing freight and vehicle offers from a TMS. Connected to Cargofy, loads in Load Hub become freight offers on Teleroute, follow the load as it changes, and come down when it is covered. Transport planning switches it on; the IT admin holds the credentials Teleroute's Integration team issues.

Release a load to the exchange

A planner releases a load from Milan to Rotterdam in Load Hub. If it matches the direction filters set at setup, it goes to Teleroute as a freight offer on the next sync, with loading address and date, delivery address, freight type and weight taken from the load. The planner sees the offer confirmed on the load card, read back by ID from the exchange.

Change the load once and the offer follows

The loading date slips by a day. On a hand-posted offer someone has to remember to edit it, and often nobody does. Cargofy keys every offer by the load's external ID, so an edit in Load Hub becomes an update on Teleroute, and a re-send never creates a duplicate. The exchange shows the new date, and carriers stop calling about the old one.

Take the offer down when the load is covered

The load is covered by lunch. The planner sets the status in Load Hub, and the digital worker deletes the offer from Teleroute by external ID. The same happens on cancellation, so carriers stop calling about freight that is gone and nobody has to remember which board still shows it.

Fill the return leg with a vehicle offer

A company truck will run empty from Rotterdam back to Milan on Thursday. The fleet dispatcher marks the vehicle free in Fleet, and it is written to Teleroute as a vehicle offer with departure and arrival details and vehicle type, coded to Teleroute's list of 28 vehicle types. When the truck is assigned, the offer is removed. The dispatcher works from Fleet.

Test in demo before the live account

Teleroute provides a demo environment alongside live. During onboarding the IT admin enters the demo credentials in Cargofy settings, publishes a few test loads, and checks how freight types, ADR classes, countries and regions map from Cargofy's model to Teleroute's reference lists. When the mapping looks right, the live credentials go in and the direction filters are set. The connector is the same for every customer.

How it fits your stack

Your TMS or ERP stays the system of record; Load Hub decides which loads are open and Fleet which vehicles are free. The integration writes: Cargofy publishes, updates and deletes freight and vehicle offers on Teleroute, and reads back only the offers it published plus Teleroute's reference lists. Setup is an API key issued by Teleroute's Integration team (not self-serve), and publishing runs the same day the credentials arrive. The API carries no search, tracking, order or rate data. Carrier replies to a live offer stay in Teleroute's own channels and do not come into Load Hub.

Who it is for

Shippers and private fleets moving European road freight who keep open loads in front of carriers on Teleroute and want the exchange to mirror their board without manual posting. Transport planners and fleet dispatchers use it daily; the IT admin touches it once at setup.
